Small Double Room: £79 - £110
Twin / Super King: £94 - £110

Cancellation Policy
We reserve the right to charge on cancellations as follows
Before 28 days of arrival - 10%
Within 14 - 28 days of arrival - 50%
Within 3 - 13 days of arrival - 75%
All cancellations within 2 days of arrival will be charged for the duration of the booking.
WE ASK ALL GUESTS TO ENSURE THEY HAVE ADEQUATE TRAVEL INSURANCE.

At Deveron House we have one goal - to make your stay an enjoyable one. St Andrews is a fantastic location with 2 superb beaches, the 3rd oldest university in the UK, which is also the oldest university in Scotland. Finally St Andrews is the ultimate golfing destination and home to The Old Course and The Open Championship.
Should you chose to stay at Deveron House you are ideally located to enjoy the shopping, bars and restaurants just around the corner. Minutes from the Cathedral, St Andrews Castle, and the town centre there is no need to drive so make the most of the free parking outside. The golf courses are 2 minutes away should you choose to take the car.
